The next step

Michael went to ENSO House today.
It is a beautiful setting. It is like a hospice in a home in the woods. It has medical staff there, and they do all the work. All Sherry has to do is sit with Mike and have quality time with him. He is quite a fighter, so he may last another week or two or three. Only God knows.
My heart is at peace with it all. I let go Wednesday. Mike looks more at peace about it all too. God is working in him taking the fear away.
Praise God. I stayed away today so Sherry and Galen can have their special time with him. I will go tomorrow to see him.

I'm glad that Mike is in a hospice where he will receive comfort care. It will remove the burden from Sherry and the family so that everyone can spend quality time with him.

Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Let go, and Let God; I'm feel that's where you are now, Phyllis. I haven't walked in your exact shoes, but I do believe your faith will hold you up in helping your other family members as well as Mike. God bless you all. I send you lots of love.

My prayers are with you and your family as you go through this hard time. It sounds like Mike is getting as good of care as is possible so now you will need to concentrate on the ones who will be left. They are the ones that it will be the hardest on.

Hey Phyllis, thank you for these updates on your brother. I pray for peace and comfort for him. I'll have to try those ginger floats sometime.

I read that Mike is seriously declining now, and I am sad to read this. He's gone through so much. Hospice is a wonderful supportive help. They helped me so much when Marlin was dying.
Love,
Nancy

Finding peace in death can only be accomplished through our Lord, Jesus Christ. While it is difficult to end this life on earth, it is beyond our comprehension to imagine our new eternal beginning in Heaven. Just think of the joy and peace to come for Mike when he makes the transition from this life to the next and lays sight of Jesus. And to know that we will all join him eventually... Our hearts and prayers are with you all.
